On erittäin tärkeää että teet muuttoilmoituksen erikseen myös isännöitsijälle tai huoltoyhtiölle aina kiinteistöön muutettaessa ja poismuuton yhteydessä. Kun teet ilmoituksen asianmukaisesti, huoltoyhtiö lisää nimesi ovisummereihin, porraskäytävän nimitauluihin ja huoneiston oveen sekä pystyy avaamaan sinulle oven, mikäli olet ”lukinnut itsesi” ulos. Poismuuttaessasi muuttoilmoituksen perusteella katkaistaan mm. käyttökorvausten, vesimaksujen ja autopaikkamaksujen laskutus.
