Jäteaitaus ja lajitteluroskikset sijaitsevat talon länsipäädyssä. Ne ovat yhteiskäytössä viereisen taloyhtiön, Rautatienpuistokatu 4:n kanssa. Jäteaitaukseen pääsee omalla huoneistoavaimella ja portti on pidettävä suljettuna.
Taloyhtiössämme lajitellaan roskat, joten noudata lajitteluohjeita.
Roskakatokseen tai mihinkään muuallakaan ei saa viedä tai jättää mitään tavaroita tai huonekaluja. Taloyhtiö järjestää kerran vuodessa keräyspäivän, jonka aikana pois heitettävät tavarat voi viedä talon pihaan tilatulle roskalavalle ilmaiseksi.
Huomioithan, että monet jätteet voi kierrättää ilmaiseksi. Mm. polttoaineet, ylijäämämaalit, liuottimet ym. voit viedä ilmaiseksi Porin kierrätyskeskukseen. Myös kaikki sähkölaitteet ja kylmälaitteet, puujätteet sekä isot pahvijätteet voi viedä sinne ilman maksua.
Mikäli haluat pois heitettäville tavaroillesi kuljetuksen, voit tiedustella sitä sähköpostilla: toimisto@keskuskartano.com. Pieni peräkärryllinen Keskuskartanon pihasta Porin kierrätyskeskukseeen kuljetettuna maksaa 65 e/kärryllinen + mahdollinen kierrätysmaksu.

The waste enclosure and sorting bins are located at the west end of the building. They are shared with the neighboring property, Rautatienpuistokatu 4. Access to the waste enclosure is through your apartment key, and the gate must be kept closed.
In our property, we sort waste, so please follow the sorting instructions.
No items or furniture are allowed to be left in the waste shelter or anywhere else. The property management organizes a collection day once a year, during which you can bring items you wish to dispose of to a designated waste container in the yard for free.
Please note that many waste items can be recycled for free. For example, fuels, leftover paints, solvents, etc., can be taken free of charge to the Pori Recycling Center. All electrical appliances, cooling devices, wood waste, and large cardboard items can also be taken there without charge.
If you would like transportation for items to be discarded, you can inquire by email: toimisto@keskuskartano.com. A small trailer load from the Keskuskartano yard to the Pori Recycling Center costs €65 per load, plus any potential recycling fees.
