Tästä voit varata Keskuskartanon talopesulavuoroja. Pesulavuoron hinta on 3€ /kerta eli yhteen vuoroon kuuluu yksi pesukerta + kuivaushuoneen käyttöoikeus. Pesupaikkoja on yhteensä kaksi. Pesuaika on kaksi tuntia ja kuivausaika 2 tuntia, yhteensä 4 tunnin vuoro.
You can book Keskuskartano house laundry slots here. The cost of a laundry slot is €3 per session, which includes one washing cycle and the right to use the drying room. There are two laundry spots in total. The washing time is two hours, and the drying time is two hours, making a total of a 4-hour session.
Ennen kuin voit tehdä varauksia, sinun on ilmoitettava talon toimistoon avaimen numero, johon haluat talopesulan käyttöoikeuden. Voit pyytää koodausta myös useampaan kuin yhteen avaimeen. Koodausmaksu on 15 e/avain ja koodaus on voimassa niin kauan kuin haluat talopesulaa käyttää. Koodausmaksua ei palauteta.

Before you can make reservations, you must notify the building office of the key number to which you want access to the house laundry. You can also request coding for more than one key. The coding fee is €15 per key, and the coding will be valid for as long as you wish to use the house laundry. The coding fee is non-refundable.
The key coding request should be sent by email to toimisto@keskuskartano.com. The message should include your name, apartment number, email address, phone number, and the number(s) of the key(s) you want access to the house laundry for.

The key coding request will only be accepted by email. The property manager does not handle key coding requests or laundry slot bookings. Before the first use, the key must be passed through the entrance door key reader in the stairwell once. After the coding, the new access information will be transferred to the key from the reader. There is a delay of about two working days.
First, select the day you wish to use the house laundry from the drop-down menu above. The laundry slot costs €5 per session. You will receive a discount on regular bookings as follows:
A regular weekly (minimum 4 times per month) laundry slot reservation will receive a 50% discount.
Järjestyssäännöt:
Talopesulavuorolla saa käyttää yhtä pesukonetta (yksi pesukerta) ja sen jälkeen kuivaushuonetta kuuden tunnin ajan. Pesulavuoroja voi varata myös kaksi peräkkäin, jolloin voit pestä kaksi koneellista ja käyttää kuivaushuonetta 24 yhtäjaksoisesti.
Talopesulan käytössä on huolehdittava tilojen siisteydestä, eikä tiloissa saa säilyttää pesuvuoron ulkopuolella mitään tavaroita. Talopesulaan jääneet tavarat viedään löytötavaratoimistoon vuorokauden kuluessa.
Järjestyssääntöjen laiminlyönti johtaa avaimen käyttöoikeuden poistamiseen.

House Laundry Rules:
During a laundry session, you are allowed to use one washing machine (one wash cycle) and then the drying room for six hours. You can also book two consecutive slots, allowing you to wash two loads and use the drying room continuously for 24 hours.
You must maintain cleanliness in the laundry room, and no items may be stored in the space outside of your booked laundry session. Items left in the laundry room will be taken to the lost and found office within 24 hours.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in the removal of your key access.
Report any issues immediately to the building maintenance or by email to toimisto@keskuskartano.com. You can also use the same email to submit suggestions for improvements or provide feedback.
Talopesulavuorojen maksaminen:
Talopesulavuorot laskutetaan jälkikäteen kolmen kuukauden välein. Ensimmäisen laskun yhteydessä saat myös avaimen koodauslaskun. Vakivuorojen alennukset näkyvät vasta laskussa. Varauksen yhteydessä näkyy vain yksittäisten vuorojen yhteishinta.
Et voi maksaa pesulavuoroja vuokran tai vastikkeen yhteydessä. Talopesulavuoroista tulee lasku luukkujakeluna kolmen kuukauden välein jälkikäteen.
Payment for House Laundry Slots:
House laundry slots are invoiced retroactively every three months. The first invoice will also include the key coding fee. Discounts for regular bookings will only appear on the invoice. The total price for individual slots will be displayed at the time of booking.
You cannot pay for laundry slots along with your rent or service fee. Laundry slot invoices will be delivered via mailbox every three months, after the fact.
