Keskuskartanon asuntokanta muodostuu kahdeksasta eri tyyppisestä asunnosta. Huoneistoja on yksiöistä aina isoihin neliöihin.

2-10 krs: 4h+k+kph+parveke = 93,5 m2, 3h+kk+kph+parveke = 69 m2, 2h+k+kph+parveke=69 m2, 2h+k+kph=58 m2, 2h+kk+kph+parveke=46,5 m2 ja 1h+kk+kph=28 m2.

11. kerros: 1-2 h + k +kph = 38 m2 sekä 4h + k + kph + terassi =93 m2.

Asuntojen pohjapiirustukset linkkitiedostoina. Ilmansuunnat kertovat sen, mikä on asunnon sijainti talossa. Ensimmäisenä tiedostona on koko talon pohjapiirustus 2.-10. kerrokset.

• 2 rooms + kitchenette + bathroom + balcony = 46.5 m²
• 1 room + kitchenette + bathroom = 28 m²

Floor 11:

• 1-2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom = 38 m²
• 4 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + terrace = 93 m²

The floor plans of the apartments are available as link files. The cardinal directions indicate the location of the apartment in the building. The first file is the floor plan of the entire building for floors 2-10.

The scale of the apartment floor plans can be found at the bottom of each floor plan page. You can easily plan your interior design options based on the floor plans. Print the floor plan, measure your furniture, and draw them in the correct scale on the floor plan.
