Sisäänpääsy:
Pyöräsuoja käyttöä ja kulkua valvotaan avainkohtaisilla käyttöoikeuksilla. Avainkohtainen käyttöoikeus lisää turvallisuutta. Tiloihin sallitaan pääsy vain asukkaille, jotka säilyttävät siellä polkupyöriään. Muista laitteista kuten lastenvaunuista, sähköpyörätuolista tai rollaattorista täytyy sopia erikseen. Niille osoitetaan oma paikkansa.
Käyttöoikeuden koodausmaksu on 15 e/avain. Maksu on kertamaksu, eikä sitä palauteta. Avaimen koodauspyyntö lähetetään sähköpostilla toimisto@keskuskartano.com. Viestiin laitetaan oma nimi, huoneiston numero, sähköpostiosoite, oma puhelinnumerosi sekä sen avaimen/niiden avaimien numerot, joihin haluat pyöräsuojan käyttöoikeudet. Jos haluat säilyttää pyöräsuojassa esimerkiksi rollaattoria tai pyörätuolia, mainitse siitä erikseen.

Avaimen koodauspyyntö otetaan vastaan vain sähköpostilla. Isännöitsijä ei hoida avaimen koodaustilauksia. Voit lähettää pyöräsuojan avainkoodaustilauksen myös sauna- ja/tai pesulavuoron avainkoodaustilauksen yhteydessä. Avaimen koodauslasku lähetään jälkikäteen sähköpostilla tai postiluukusta.
Ennen ensimmäistä käyttökertaa avaimella on kuljettava porrashuoneen ulko-oven avainlukijan kautta kerran sisään. Lukijalta tieto uudesta käyttöoikeudesta välittyy avaimeen koodauksen jälkeen. Viive on noin kaksi työpäivää.
Järjestyssäännöt:
Pyörät on säilytettävä telineissä. Telineiden ulkopuolella olevat pyörät siirretään taloyhtiön toimesta pihan pyörätelineisiin tai muuhun taloyhtiön osoittamaan paikkaan.
Pyöräsuojassa ei saa säilyttää muita kuin pyöriä. Muista kuten lastenvaunuista, rollaattoreista ja sähköpyörätuoleista ym. kulkuväleistä on sovittava erikseen.
Pyöräsuojaan ei saa päästää ulkopuolisia. Muista, että jos avaat oven omalla avaimella ja joku asiaton pääsee sisään samalla avauksella ja tekee vahinkoa, sinuun otetaan yhteyttä. Avaimestasi jää tieto kellonajasta ja päivämäärästä myöhemmin tarkistettavaksi.
Pyöräsuojan järjestyssääntöjen noudattamatta jättäminen johtaa avaimen käyttöoikeuden poistamiseen.

Access:
Access to the bicycle storage and movement within it is controlled by key-based access rights. Key-based access increases security. Only residents who store their bicycles there are allowed access. For other items, such as strollers, electric wheelchairs, or walkers, special arrangements must be made. These will be assigned their own designated spots.
The access coding fee is €15 per key. This is a one-time payment and is non-refundable. The key coding request must be sent by email to toimisto@keskuskartano.com. The message should include your name, apartment number, email address, phone number, and the number(s) of the key(s) for which you want bicycle storage access. If you wish to store items such as a walker or wheelchair in the bicycle storage, please mention this separately.
Example message:
Bicycle Storage, Matti Meikäläinen; A17, matti.meikalainen@gmail.com, key 20065544. I would like to store a walker instead of a bicycle in the bicycle storage.
The key coding request will only be accepted by email. The property manager does not handle key coding requests. You can also send the key coding request for the bicycle storage along with the sauna or laundry slot key coding request. The key coding invoice will be sent retroactively by email or via mail drop.
Before the first use, the key must be passed through the entrance door key reader once. After the coding, the new access information will be transferred to the key. There will be a delay of approximately two working days.
Rules:
Bicycles must be stored in the designated racks. Bicycles outside the racks will be moved by the property management to the yard’s bicycle racks or other designated areas.
Only bicycles are allowed to be stored in the bicycle storage. For other items, such as strollers, walkers, electric wheelchairs, etc., special arrangements must be made.
No outsiders are allowed in the bicycle storage. Remember that if you open the door with your key and someone unauthorized enters with the same opening, and causes damage, you will be contacted. The time and date of your key use will be recorded and can be checked later.
Failure to comply with the rules of the bicycle storage will result in the removal of your key access.
